Educational Qualification of SSC JE Recruitment 2026
The required qualification depends on the post and department.
Junior Engineer – Civil
Candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. For certain departments, relevant work experience with a Diploma is also required.
Junior Engineer – Electrical
Candidates should have a Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or the qualification prescribed for the concerned department.
Junior Engineer – Mechanical
Candidates should possess a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Some departments require relevant experience along with a Diploma.
Junior Engineer – Electrical & Mechanical
