Selected candidates for the Sub-Inspector posts will receive Level-6 pay, with the pay scale of Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400/-.

Age Limit
The age limit varies according to the post. The age will be calculated as on 1st August 2026.

Educational Qualification
For SI in Delhi Police / SI (GD) in CAPFs:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates appearing in their Bachelor’s degree examination can also apply.
For SI (Fire) in CISF:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, or the specified engineering diploma qualification.
Note: Male candidates applying for Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police must possess a valid driving licence for LMV (Motorcycle and Car).
