The main objective of the program is to encourage girls to get higher education. The Department of Higher Education is going to provide scooters to eligible girls.

Benefits of Assam Pragyan Bharati Scheme

The students can get the following benefits through the scheme.

• The students who have scored above 75% in HS final exam, then will get a scooty.
• The government of Assam has given 1000 Rs to the beneficiaries for the textbook. Almost 1 lakh students get benefits from the scheme.
• Free admission for those students whose Annual income of the household is below two lacks.
• Around 50000 rupees loan facility will be provided to the students through this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria for Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme
