Eligibility Conditions for AHIDMS Recruitment 2023

Educational Qualification

Senior Project Manager

Essential Qualification: Master degree in Management/ Administration/ Procurement/ Logistics/ related discipline or a Graduate in Engineering from any Government recognized university/ institution.

Experience:
Must have at least 25-30 years’ experience in Private sector/ Public sector Preferably in Health infrastructure sector/ Social Sector;
Experience of working in the North East
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Externally Aided Projects.

State Procurement Expert

Essential Qualification: At least a Management/ Administration/ Procurement/ Logistics/ related discipline or a Graduate in Engineering from any Govt. recognized university/ institution with training in public procurement.

Experience:
At least 10 years’ experience in managing procurement.
Experience of working in the North East and Health Sector may be preferred.

State Environment Management & Safeguard Specialist

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering/ Environment management from any Govt. recognized university/ institution with training in Environment safeguards. Excellent understanding of the World Bank Environment safeguards systems and procedure is desirable.
Experience:
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Environment management or safeguards role
Experience of working in the North East and in the Health Sector will be preferred.

State Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

Essential Qualification: At least a Graduate degree in MBBS/ Dental with a population sciences or Masters in public health, from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.
Experience:
At least 5 years’ working experience at state level public health data systems,
Experience of design and implementation of large-scale public health studies.
Experience of 3 years’ in analysis of public health data, report development

State Internal Performance Agreement & Quality Improvement Specialist

Essential Qualification: At least a Graduate degree in MBBS/ Dental with a Masters in Hospital Administration or Public Health, from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.
Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in Health Care Quality or Formal Quality of a quality system like NQAS/NABH with valid certification as external assessor.
Experience of undertaking quality assessment of minimum of 5 facilities.
Experience of 3 years’ in developing and implementing monitoring systems for quality improvement in hospitals or at State level public health program with key role to improve quality of health

State Communication Specialist

Essential Qualification: At least a Post-Graduate degree in Mass Communication and Journalism or related field from any Govt. recognized university/ institution
Experience:
At least 10 years’ experience of working at the state level public health communication/community interventions
Experience of design, developing and implementing innovative large scale communication programs, creative communication campaigns, Audio-Visual Films, Social Media Messages.
Experience of 5 years’ in implementing rural or health development projects, working with various communities / village level institutions

State Human Resources for Health Specialist

Essential Qualification: At least a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources Management/ Public Health, Business Management with specialization in HR/Public Health, Social Work with specialization in public health, from any Govt. recognized university/institution
Experience:
At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resources for health and health systems strengthening.
Experience of 3 years’ in developing and implementing monitoring systems for improvement in health workforce planning would be an advantage (desirable)
Experience of working at the state level public health systems and policy development process will be preferred

State Nursing Reforms Specialist

Essential Qualification: At least a Post-Graduate degree in Nursing, from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.
Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience as a practicing Nurse/ Nurse Tutor either in Public or Private health systems and policy development process.
Knowledge and experience of policies and programs pertaining to strengthening nursing education will be preferred

State Social Development Specialist

Essential Qualification: At least a Master’s degree in Social Work or Sociology or related field from any Govt. recognized university/ institution with training in Social development and social safeguards.
Experience:
Must have at least 15 years’ experience in Social development or safeguards role.
Experience of working in the North East and Health Sector will be preferred.

Interested eligible Candidates who are citizens of India as defined under the Constitution of India and fulfill the eligibility norms of educational qualification, experience, age, etc may appear in Walk-in-Interview along with all the original certificates/documents relating to qualification, experience, age, identity proof, latest salary certificate, two passport size colored photographs etc. and also a set of self- attested copies of the same for Serial no 1 to 3.
