- The applicant shall furnish their Mobile Number, WhatsApp number and mail ID (if any) on the Application Form for smooth communication of information relating to the conduct of examination.
- The applicant must submit Bakijai Clearance Certificate.
- The applicants must submit proof of documents of permanent resident in which he /she wants to apply for the post of Gaon Pradhan.
- The applicant must submit proof of documents of landed property / immovable property in his / her name in the area in which he /she intends to be appointed as Gaon Pradhan.
- The applicant must submit details of Family members (Name, Age, Date of Birth, relationship with the applicant etc.) in the form of affidavit. Photocopy of birth certificates of the children needs to be enclosed.
