Eligibility Conditions for Women and Child Development Recruitment 2024
Educational Qualification for Women and Child Development Recruitment
| Name of the Post | Qualification |
| Resident Superintendent | Any woman having a Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years” experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/ programme and preferably with at least 1-year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up. Candidate should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utlised for effective functioning of the centre. |
| Office Assistant | Any person who is a graduate with a minimum of 3- years’ experience in handling office documentation related job with proficiency in working on computers, at state or district level with government or Non Governmental organizations. |
| Multi-Purpose Staff | Any person who is literate with knowledge /experience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred. |
| Cook | Any person who is literate with knowledge /experience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred. |
| Security Guard/Night Chowkidar | Any person having at least 2 years” experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/ state level. He/ she should preferably be retired military/ para-military personnel. |
| Centre Administrator | Any Women having Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/Social Science/ Psychology with at least 5 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/ programme and preferably with at least 1 year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up. For existing staff 3 years experience will be preferred. She Should be preferably a resident of local Community so that local human resource and expertise is utilized for effective functioning of the center. |
| Case Worker | Any Women having a Bachelor in Law/- Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology with at least 3 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in a Government or Non-Government project/ programme. She Should be preferably a resident of local Community so that local human resource and expertise is utilized for effective functioning of the center. |
| Counsellor | Any Women having professional degree/ diploma in psychology/ psychiatry/ neurosciences with a back ground of health sector and preferably with at least 3 experience of working of working within a government or Non-government health project/ programme at district level. |
| Office Assistant | Any Graduate with at least Diploma in computers/ IT etc. with a minimum of 3 years experience in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at state or district level with Government or Non- Government / IT-based organizations. |
Age Limit for Women and Child Development Recruitment
The candidate should not be less than 21 years and more than 38 years of age as on 01.01.2022.
