Eligibility Criteria of Samagra Shiksha Axom Recruitment
Educational Qualification
The candidate must have Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with minimum 60% marks, preferably with specialization in Finance, Marketing, or Strategic Management
Experience Needed
The candidate must have minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven record of:
- Fundraising from bilateral/multilateral agencies, foundations, and CSR entities.
- Drafting project proposals and concept notes.
- Engaging and negotiating with corporate CSR teams and donors.
- Coordinating grant management processes.
Desirable Qualifications
- Certification in Fundraising or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CFRE).
- Experience with NGOs, UN agencies, or CSR wings of corporates.
- Knowledge of public-private partnerships and impact funding.
Age Limit
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not more than 62 years of age as on 1st January 2025. The age will be verified strictly on the basis of the Matriculation or HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Board or Council. No other document shall be accepted for proof of age. Candidates are advised to ensure they meet this age requirement before applying, as it is a mandatory eligibility criterion for engagement under Samagra Shiksha, Axom.
Pay Scale of Samagra Shiksha Axom Recruitment
The selected candidate for the post of State Consultant – External Funding & CSR Mobilization will receive a monthly pay in the Pay Band of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,10,000, along with a Grade Pay of Rs. 13,300. This consolidated pay is as per the contractual engagement norms under Samagra Shiksha, Axom, and includes all applicable allowances. It reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for the role.
