Project Assistant

Job Description: Field work, laboratory analysis, data entry, statistical analysis & report writing.

Junior Research Fellow
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate in Agricultural Sciences/ Geoinformatics/ Geography/ Engineering/Technology/Statistics with specialization in RS & GIS related works.
Desirable Qualification:
- Knowledge in application of geospatial modelling in natural resource mapping and management, crop (preferably Tea) mapping and yield forecasting, climate change related models.
- Working experience in GIS softwares/ Google Earth engine/ R programming/ Python language/ other soil-crop modelling softwares as evidenced from publications with good report writing skill.
Project Assistant
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Soil Sciences / Agricultural chemistry or related branch of Agricultural/ Horticultural sciences with specialization in Soil related works.
Desirable Qualification:
- Knowledge in Soil science, natural resource mapping and management, soil and crop based survey, (preferably Tea) and laboratory analysis of soil properties.
- Working experience in soil-crop based field data collection, soil lab analysis, data entry with good report writing skill.
