Eligibility Conditions for Guwahati High Court Recruitment

• The candidate should know the Official Language of the State of Assam(Assamese).
• The candidates must have a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number for the State of Assam.

Educational Qualifications

• B.C.A. with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognised institution with at least one year working experience from a reputed institution/organisation.
• B.Sc with 60% marks in aggregate and 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in computer science / Application with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognised institution with atleast 1 year working experience from a reputed institution/ organisation.
• Diploma holders from Polytechnic in computer science / Engineering or electronics & Telecommunications with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognised institution with at least 2 years working experience from a reputed institution or organisation.

Age Limit

The candidate’s age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as of 1st January 2024.

Filling Out Form

Candidates who fulfil the requisite eligibility criteria can submit online application forms, by following the steps indicated below, through the homepage of the website www.gchonline.gov.in.

Step 1– Firstly Register as an applicant, by providing your primary credentials. After submission of the information, the system will generate a Registration Code.

Step 2– Provide your profile details, viz. gender, address, qualifications, category and experience.

Step 3– Now upload your Photograph Image and Signature Image. Image size should be between 5 kb and 30 kb. Image dimensions for Photograph- 354*276 pixels and for Signature– 118*276 pixels.

Step 4– Take a printout of the Fee Payment Challan. The candidates can pay the fee after two working days from the date of submission and on or before the last date fixed for payment of fees.

Selection Process for Guwahati High Court Recruitment 2024

There will be three stages of the selection process. The first stage is a written examination of 140 marks, Second Practical Exam of 30 marks and the final stage is Viva of 30 marks.

Stage 1: Written Examination (140 marks)

The Written Examination will be of the Objective type multiple choices and will be conducted on OMR answer scripts. For every correct answer, 1 (one) mark will be awarded. There will be no negative mark for the wrong answer.
