Anundoram Borooah Award 2023 Notice

Assam Govt has published the following notification for Anundoram Borooah Award 2023 scheme (ARBAS 2023). Apply Online to get the cash amount of the award.

Anundoram Borooah Award Scheme is instituted in the honour of Late Anundoram Borooah who was the 4th Indian (and the 1st Assamese) to join the prestigious ICS and the 1st Indian to be appointed as Deputy Commissioner. 

This award was launched by the Govt. of Assam in the year 2005 with the sole aim of enhancing healthy competition amongst the student community and helping them to enrich their perception through up-to-date knowledge and information with the help of IT education.

Value of Award

The Govt of Assam has decided to deposit an amount of ₹16,000/- to the bank account of the students who will apply for her ARBAS 2023.

Eligibility- Anundoram Borooah Award 2023

Educational Qualification	Students who have obtained star marks or 75% or above in HSLC, Higher Madrassa and FM examinations conducted can apply for this scheme.
Year of passing	Students are required to pass the qualifying examination in 2023 with the said percentage.
Examination Board	Only students who have passed the qualifying examination from SEBA and Assam State Madrassa Education Board can apply for this scheme.
