The AHSEC Documents Correction E-Services web portal is active now for Correction, Duplicate, and Migration of Certificates.
The E-Services web portal is one more step in the digital infrastructure that AHSEC has committed to for the benefit of its stakeholders as a whole. With significant services as specified, the e-Service platform will demonstrate a comprehensive and holistic approach in moving towards its mission and vision to sustain its prestige and the entire system of higher education through enhanced service quality.

The e-service portal has been developed under Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, Assam so that students/other stakeholders can apply for online services as notified under AHSEC E-Services.

AHSEC Correction of Documents Process
To Apply for document correction in AHSEC, follow the steps given below.
Registration
- Go to the official website given below in the important links section.
- Click on E-Service.
- Click on Login.
- Then click on Create a New Account.
- Fill out the form.
- Upload Photo and Signature.
- Then Click on Register.
Fill out the Form
- Login with registered mobile no and password.
- Click on E-Service.
- Select Correction from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down and click on Apply.
- Select which you want to correct.
- Then select what you want to correct. (Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s name, etc.)
- Write down the correct information.
- Then upload the documents.
- After uploading documents, proceed to payment.
- Pay the application fee and download the application.
After successful processing of your application, you should submit the document/s to Dispatch Branch, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-781021, Assam as soon as possible, physically or by post.

How long does it take to process applications?
It varies based on the type of e-Service you are applying for. It goes through multiple processes. You can follow the progress from the My Profile section. You will also receive SMS and email updates on your registered information.
Do I have to go to AHSEC for further processing of applications submitted by me?
It depends. For e-service of correction of documents, duplication of documents and immigration certificates, if you choose the delivery method as “Deliver to my postal address”, there is no need to visit AHSEC. If you decide to receive the documents from the AHSEC counter, You will later need to see AHSEC once the application has been processed. You do not need to visit AHSEC in case of a change of institution and permission of admission e-service.
AHSEC will inform you of any exceptional cases.
Do I have to submit the e-application copy to AHSEC?
No, for your reference you can take a print out.
How long does AHSEC take to process the Corrected, Duplicate and Migration Certificate?
