Delhi Police Driver Recruitment 2022-Terms

Staff Selection Commission is going to select eligible male candidates for the driver posts for Delhi Police in 2022. SSC will hold the exams for more than one thousand vacancies.

Eligibility Conditions-Delhi Police Driver Recruitment 2022

If a candidate is between 18 years to 25 years of age and is interested to join the police department, then Delhi Police recruitment for driver jobs is a good choice for the candidate. The educational qualification is here in the below table.

Educational Qualification

10+2 (Senior Secondary) passed or equivalent from a recognized Board (as on 29.07.2022 i.e. the closing date of receipt of the online application)

Other Qualification

• Should be able to drive heavy vehicles with confidence
• Valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles (as on closing date of receipt of online application)
• Possess knowledge of maintenance of vehicles

Physical Fitness

Height	Minimum 170 cm
Chest	81 cm with a minimum of 4 cm expansion

relaxable by 5 cm for residents of Hill areas i.e. Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to states of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunanchal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir valley/ region of Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh. (Candidates claiming this relaxation would have to produce a certificate to this effect from the competent authority i.e. DC/DM/SDM or Tehsildar of their place of residence at the time of Physical Measurement Test). The format of certificate is annexed as Annexure-XII.

Age Limit

18 to 27 years as of 01.07.2022 (i.e. candidates born not before 02-07-1995 and not later than 01-07-2004 are eligible to apply). The upper age limit will be relaxable only in the following cases:

• Go to the official website.
• Click on New User in the login section.
• Verify yourself with Aadhar no.
• Fill out the form with your personal details and class 10th details.
• Click on save.
• Verify yourself again with the OTP sent to your mobile no.
• The Registration No will appear.

• Fill out the basic details.

• Now select Examination Centres.
